Mid-Term training.

There is no better way to start September than with a mid-term training the second of a serie of training promoted by EVS in which a lot of volunteers around Bulgaria meet together and share experiences and ideas always with the support of the trainers.
We started on 4th September, Tuesday and we stayed there until 7th, in this 4 days we have done a lot of activities.

The first day we just had activities during the afternoon in which the trainers explained the activities planned for the week, we did some energizers and activities to meet each other and we knew the volunteers of the on arrival training( the first of the training that the evs volunteers make at the begining of the evs). This first day we reunited with friends from our on arrival training and we met other new volunteers.

On Wednesday, one worker of the national agency came to talk with us, we were talking about cigna (our insurance), youth pass, personal project,.. After that, we had the chance to present  our proyect in a project fair, we knew the different projects that are being implemented in the country, and explained our project.

On Thursday, we made an open space this was organised in a serie of workshops and in each of them  were about one topic, these workshops were presented by the mid term volunteers( the ``experienced´´ volunteers). There were a good variety of topics from the youth pass, travelling and fun, personal projects,... to how to set goals during evs or how to face the challenges that will come across.
During the afternoon, there were Urban inside sessions, there were 6 groups of 10 people and they had to prove their digital skills making funny videos and photos.

On Friday we made feedback of the week we did the check out and we left after lunch.

But furthermore, the most important moments were the moment in which we were sitting together taking some drinks and sharing ideas, experiences and building relations. At the end, in this trainings the most interesting is not the formal activities that are carried out in the sessions, are the unformal activitied done out of the sessions.
