The last week one of the main purposes of step by step project was carried out by project team in School 140 Ivan Bogorov.As first step we implemented job orientation test with the students who are between 16-17 years old and 11. grade.We aimed to see their interests and according to the test results wich areas-what kind of jobs match with their interests and skills.The results showed us mainly, biggest part of participants (%28) has good social skills and according to this information these people like to work with other people,rather than things.In the light of this information we tried to lead them.As second part,one week later we also made a presentation to show the students how to prepare cv and motivation latter,which parts are important and on what they need to pay attention,which qualifications that they can put on their cv's without job experience.
